On the 22nd September Northcrest hosted its 2nd Family Fun Day at the new development in Berrimah.

Joined by Mix 104.9 who were broadcasting live throughout the day, over 400 people came through the new Masterplanned community to see the progress for themselves.

There were plenty of activities for families to enjoy such as a waterslide, ice cream truck, coffee van and Auskick.

The Northcrest Display Builders were flushed with people wanting to see their beautiful new homes all day long.

The Halikos Group, a proudly local company had the support of a 20 strong purple army of volunteers helping throughout the day. From cooking a free BBQ to ensuring everyone was hydrated while touring the new development, the Halikos staff were on hand to help.

Northcrest also celebrated the opening of Overlander Homes and KTM Builders Display Home’s on the day too. It is an exciting time for Northcrest as another 2 Display Homes are set to open in the New Year.

With many homes going up now, the area is really beginning to look like a new community.
