We are excited to celebrate another milestone for the Northcrest development. With a number of people finishing their homes, residents are beginning to move in to the development.

Newest residents Minh, Huyen and their gorgeous kids Alonzo and Tiana took us on a tour of their new 4 bedroom home at Northcrest.

We asked them what they love about their new home and living at Northcrest. “Getting home from work and still having enough time before the sun goes down to spend time with our kids is great” Huyen said.

Minh and Huyen’s new home is situated in the first stage of the Northcrest development. “Our house is only a 5 minute walk to the amazing park which is nice and shady for the children and there is so much space to walk/run around“. We love having a morning coffee and watching the sun come up or the afternoon sunsets going down (which are spectacular!)” Minh said.

Minh and Huyen built a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a double lock up garage. “Everything is exactly what we wanted in our home from the design, colours, placement of rooms and finishes. The verandah and backyard space are perfect for our kids to play around”. Minh said.

The development is beginning to take shape with half a dozen homes completed and many more due to finish shortly. “We also like that we can see all the new homes being built around us and know we are creating such a wonderful space that will be a great community in the future”. Minh and Huyen said.

The Northcrest Display Village is located on Rueben Avenue in Berrimah and is open 6 days a week.
