Local builder, Territory Homes, will be one of the first companies to commence residential construction in the new Northcrest Display Village today.
With land titles released just weeks ago, Territory Homes is keen to show Territorians the potential of this new residential address and will start building one of their signature designs.
Halikos Group Managing Director Shane Dignan said the start of residential construction marks a significant milestone in the development of the project.
“For many Territorians, the dream of home ownership will now become a reality,” he said.
“Builders selected for the Northcrest Display Village understand the Territory and our way of life, it is exciting to think that construction of our first house is set to commence and that home buyers will be able to appreciate our vision for this great location.”
With over 31 years experience, Territory Homes are well equipped to design and construct homes for the Top End environment. Their display home is the first in a collection of display homes by a range of Territory builders and will showcase modern design, quality workmanship and premium finishes that Territory Homes are renowned for.

A number of the Northcrest display builders are also expected to commence construction over the following weeks.
