A place to kick a footy is a bonus for the new Northcrest Residents Wendy & her family!
Our latest Northcrest resident opens up about why she chose Darwin’s newest development to call home.
The main reason Wendy chose Northcrest is its central location. “The location is great. It is nice and central to Casuarina, Palmerston and the Darwin city. I also love the peaceful environment and the sunsets are lovely” Wendy Said.
“Northcrest is close to major shops and roads and it is easy to get anywhere from Northcrest. It’s very quiet and the neighbours are friendly and helpful”.
Stage 1 of Northcrest boasts a selection of lot sizes from 405sqm to 770sqm which was enticing for Wendy. “We love the size of the blocks. They are not too big to manage but enough room for pets, pool and outdoor living”.
Wendy built a four bedroom, two bathroom ground level house by Territory Homes, a local Northern Territory Display Builder. “The colours and finishes are awesome and the house suits our family needs perfectly”.
The development is also home to large open spaces which really appealed to Wendy. “We love the open space across the road, it’s great for footy practice!” said Wendy.
Northcrest, being a Masterplanned community will eventually be home to approximately 7,500 residents. “The bigger picture of Northcrest is awesome. Shops, a school and lots of community spaces throughout. Northcrest will be a fantastic place to live and bring up a family” said Wendy.
The next phase of the development has just began with the construction of the Stuart Highway Intersection which includes the main entrance to the Development, essentially opening up the front door to Northcrest.
