We do not want to be anywhere else! It is in the middle of everything we need.

We would like to welcome our newest residents Aleya, Loresco and their beautiful children, who are all settling in very well.

Their wonderful four bedroom, two bathroom home with double lock up garage was built by Multibuild.

“We chose Northcrest because of its location. Living here we feel like we are in the middle of everything we need, we don’t want to live too far away from everything.

We want our children to grow up in a good environment and when we heard about all the future plans for Northcrest we decided that we don’t want to be anywhere else.”

Aleya and Loresco were lucky enough to secure themselves the Build Bonus Grant from the NTG. Aleya said “We were very fortunate to be one of the families that got the grant. It was very generous of the Government to give opportunities like these to families like us who had always dreamed of owning our own home but didn’t have a lot of savings. We could have settled for something less but because of the scheme we had peace of mind that we could choose what we wanted and what was going to be good for our family.”
